Sr. Software Engineer - Node JS

As a Backend/API Developer at Equipped, you will be a part of the Minerva Development Team located in Sector 16, Noida. Equipped is a global analytical intelligence company specializing in providing actionable insights for leading financial services companies through data science and technology. Role Overview: - You will be responsible for designing and building enterprise-grade commercial SaaS products utilizing the latest cloud native tools & technologies. - Your main focus will be on developing backend services and APIs, managing databases such as MySQL, SQLServer, and MongoDB. - Experience with microservices architecture is essential, and familiarity with a public cloud platform, preferably Azure, is an added advantage. Key Responsibilities: - Demonstrating ownership of technical decisions and direction for projects. - Conducting technical feasibility analysis and research on Node.js technology requirements. - Developing secure and robust Node.js Core Web APIs following Microservice Architecture. - Creating reusable code and libraries for future use. - Optimizing and refactoring code for performance enhancements. - Working as an individual contributor with the ability to think independently and collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders. Qualifications Required: - B. Tech/ MCA from a reputed institute/ University. - 5 to 7 years of experience in a similar role. - Proficiency in working with microservices, test-driven development, Node.js, Express.js, MySQL, SQLServer, MongoDB, CI/CD tools, Git, and unit testing frameworks. - Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and design patterns. - Experience with No-SQL databases like Azure Cosmos Document and Graph DB is beneficial.
