Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Senior Software Engineer with 5-8 years of experience in system administration, preferably in an offshore environment. The ideal candidate should have expertise in VMware management, Windows server administration, and AD, DHCP.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and administer VMware environments, including ESXi hosts and virtual machines.
Configure and troubleshoot Windows servers to ensure high availability and performance.
Implement and manage Active Directory, DHCP, and other network services.
Develop and maintain scripts using PowerShell and Bash to automate tasks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve systems.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for system administration.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of VMware management, including VSphere and VCenter.
Experience with Windows server administration, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
Proficiency in Active Directory, DHCP, and other network services.
Basic scripting skills using PowerShell and Bash.
Knowledge of Azure Cloud Administration is a plus.
Familiarity with Linux administration is desirable.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to resolve complex technical issues.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
A strong understanding of computer systems, networks, and software applications is required.
