Job Description: As a Shopify Backend Developer at our company, you will play a crucial role in developing, customizing, and maintaining Shopify backend functionality, apps, and integrations. You'll collaborate closely with front-end developers to ensure a seamless integration between the front end and backend. Your responsibilities will also include building and optimizing custom Shopify apps, implementing and managing custom APIs and third-party integrations with Shopify, as well as troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Shopify backend functionality. Additionally, you will be expected to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Develop, customize, and maintain Shopify backend functionality, apps, and integrations. - Work closely with front-end developers to ensure seamless integration between the front end and backend. - Build and optimize custom Shopify apps to extend platform functionality. - Implement and manage custom APIs and third-party integrations with Shopify. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Shopify backend functionality. - Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (designers, product managers, and other developers) to deliver high-quality solutions. Required Skills and Qualifications: - Proven experience as a Shopify Developer, specifically with backend development. - Strong proficiency in Shopify's Liquid templating language, REST APIs, and GraphQL. - Solid experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, Ruby on Rails, or PHP. - Familiarity with Shopify Plus and custom app development. - Understanding of web security practices and server-side optimization techniques. You should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience, and 1 to 3 years of experience developing and managing Shopify backend solutions.,
