Job Description

As a dedicated member of our team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the most exciting missions by utilizing your skills in vulnerability assessment and mitigation strategies. Your responsibilities will include researching, analyzing, and evaluating attack surfaces and vulnerability data to develop tailored mitigation plans. You will collaborate with stakeholders to identify potential attack paths in critical systems and present mitigation strategies for various applications and databases. Additionally, you will analyze vulnerabilities, prioritize mitigations based on risk, and provide expert advice on resolving vulnerabilities in targeted technologies. Desired Skills: - Strong understanding of network, system, and application security - Proficiency with IDA Pro, Ghidra, or similar binary analysis tools - Knowledge of various vulnerability scanning solutions is advantageous - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field preferred - Familiarity with secure architecture designs and detection/protection mechanisms - Experience with patch management best practices - Ability to map business processes and compare them to industry standards - Background in security tools is a plus - Expertise in analyzing the security implications of patches on various operating systems - Proficiency in testing patches in non-production environments - Familiarity with Windows, Linux, and Mac OS command line operations - Excellent communication and teamwork skills - Willingness to learn new technologies In this role, you will collaborate with Threat Research, detection, and response teams to prioritize vulnerabilities, design solutions, and contribute to building a framework for patching vulnerabilities.,
