Sr. Sales Executive

Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Sales Executive who will drive solar sales in the Kanpur region. The role involves identifying potential customers, building strong relationships, and ensuring end-to-end sales closures. This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional passionate about renewable energy and eager to make an impact in India’s clean energy revolution.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales of solar power solutions (rooftop/commercial/industrial/domestic).
• Identify, qualify, and convert leads through direct visits, cold calls, and networking.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business.
• Conduct site visits, understand customer energy requirements, and suggest the right solar solutions.
• Collaborate with the technical and operations team for proposals, quotations, and project execution.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets in the Kanpur region.
• Stay updated with solar policies, subsidies, and market trends to provide the best solutions to clients.
• Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to management.

Requirements

• Graduated
• 1+ years of proven sales experience, preferably in Solar / Renewable Energy / Power / Electrical industry.
• Strong knowledge of solar power solutions and renewable energy market is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and willing to travel extensively across the Kanpur region.
• Proficiency in MS Office & CRM tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
