Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for lead generation, sales, and business development for automation Products & Solutions. This includes front-end sales, cold calling for new clients, tapping old clients for more business, establishing new client tie-ups, maintaining relations with existing clients, and providing installation, commissioning of VFDs, Soft starters, IMCC products, and troubleshooting for the same. Key Responsibilities: - Develop sales planning and forecasting strategies to achieve agreed sales targets - Generate leads for automation solutions business by selling company products and services - Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by managing and interpreting their requirements Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering - Industry experience in Industrial automation ranging from 3 to 6 years Additional Details: The company offers benefits such as health insurance and Provident Fund.
