Sr. Python Developer

You are an experienced Senior Python Developer who will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing backend systems using Python and related frameworks. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-quality software solutions that align with business goals. - Develop, test, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using Python. - Work with frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI. - Design and implement database schemas using SQL and NoSQL technologies. - Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices. - Integrate third-party APIs and data sources. - Collaborate with frontend developers, DevOps, and product teams for seamless integration. - Optimize performance, security, and reliability of applications. - Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers. - Participate in the entire software development lifecycle from requirement analysis to deployment. - Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - 4+ years of experience in Python development. - Strong knowledge of Django / Flask / FastAPI frameworks. - Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture. - Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or similar databases. - Familiarity with Git, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines. - Solid understanding of object-oriented programming, data structures, and algorithms. - Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) is a plus. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. You may have experience with Celery, Redis, or RabbitMQ, and familiarity with frontend technologies (React / Vue.js) for integration. Exposure to AI/ML, data analytics, or automation scripting would be beneficial.
