Sr. .Net Developer/Technical Lead - .NET

As a skilled and experienced .NET Tech Lead, your role will involve overseeing the development process, guiding the team, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions. You should have proven expertise in leading .NET development projects and possess strong technical skills in ASP.NET framework, SQL Server, and design/architectural patterns. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead and mentor a team of developers in .NET technologies, providing technical guidance and support throughout the development lifecycle. - Design and develop robust, scalable, and maintainable software solutions using the ASP.NET framework and other related technologies. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, and translate them into technical specifications and architectural designs. - Oversee database design and data archival processes, ensuring efficient data storage, retrieval, and management. - Implement best practices and design/architectural patterns (e.g., Model-View-Controller (MVC)) to enhance code quality and maintainability. - Develop and maintain reusable libraries, components, and modules to streamline development efforts and promote code reusability. - Stay updated with the latest technologies, trends, and industry best practices in .NET development and related areas. - Conduct code reviews, performance optimizations, and troubleshooting to ensure the delivery of high-quality, bug-free software solutions. - Work closely with cross-functional teams, including QA, DevOps, and product management, to ensure seamless integration and deployment of software releases. - Adhere to Agile methodologies, participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to drive continuous improvement and delivery excellence. **Qualifications Required:** - Proven experience as a .NET Lead with a minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in .NET development. - Strong proficiency in the ASP.NET framework, SQL Server, and database design principles. - Expertise in .NET languages such as C# and Visual Basic .NET, along with HTML5/CSS3 for web development. - Familiarity with architecture styles and APIs, including REST and RPC. - Solid understanding of object-oriented programming concepts and design patterns. - Ability to write clean, maintainable, and reusable code libraries and components. - Familiarity with various design and architectural patterns, such as MVC, MVVM, and Dependency Injection. - Thorough understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile development environments. - Excellent troubleshooting skills, with a keen attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
