We are inviting applications for the role of Manager/Senior Manager - Recruiter (End-to-End Process)


Responsibilities



  1. Strategic Leadership:


  • Ensure adherence to recruitment strategy, policy and process outlined by client leads in alignment with business goals.

  • Drive initiatives to enhance talent acquisition processes and outcomes.


oManaging the full recruitment lifecycle for both internal moves and new hires, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer management.

oPartner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, develop effective job descriptions, and create targeted recruitment strategies.

oProvide guidance and consultation to hiring managers on recruitment processes, market trends, and best practices.

oUtilize recruitment metrics and data to assess the effectiveness of channels and process and make recommendations for improvement.


  1. Operational Management:


  • Oversee the recruitment operations for global or regional teams.

  • Manage day-to-day vendor relationships for external recruitment support.


  • Stakeholder Engagement:


    • Collaborate with hiring managers to forecast hiring needs and build talent pipelines.

    • Drive regular governance with client Recruitment lead provide visibility and discuss performance to SLAs

    • Participate in transformation and other governance forums and provide inputs as required.


  • Compliance and Process Excellence:


    • Drive compliance with hiring policies, data privacy, and regulatory standards.

    • Implement technology-driven solutions to improve recruitment efficiency.

    • Identify transformation initiatives, improvement opportunities to enhance Recruitment process

    • Partner with client Recruitment Lead and transformation lead to drive transformation initiatives


    Qualifications

    Minimum Requirements:


    • Bachelor&rsquos degree in HR, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).

    • Relevant years of experience in recruitment, with relevant years in a leadership role.

    • Expertise in ATS platforms, analytics, and recruitment technologies (SuccessFactors is preferred)


    Preferred Qualifications:

    .Proven experience in recruitment, with either agency or internal, however internal experience would be advantageous.

    .Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.

    .In-depth knowledge of recruitment processes, market trends, and best practices, local talent landscape, ideally within Banking space

    .Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

    .A proactive and solutions-oriented approach with a passion for identifying and developing talent.

    .Proven track record in managing large-scale hiring projects.
