Sr. Java Developer

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Java Lead with strong technical expertise and the ability to guide development teams in building scalable, high-performance applications. The ideal candidate will take ownership of end-to-end solution design, architecture, code quality, and delivery while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Java developers to design, develop, and deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Architect, build, and maintain applications using Java, Spring, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
• Review code, ensure best engineering practices, and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with product, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure timely and seamless delivery.
• Identify technical risks, propose solutions, and troubleshoot complex issues.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior and mid-level developers.
• Participate in client interactions, requirement gathering, and technical discussions.

Required Skills & Experience

• 9–10 years of hands-on experience in Java application development.
• Strong expertise in Spring Framework, Spring Boot, and Microservices Architecture.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, design patterns, and enterprise application development.
• Experience working on highly scalable, distributed systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead teams, make key technical decisions, and ensure engineering excellence.
• Experience with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Exposure to DevOps tools and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is advantageous.
• Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹150,000.00 per month
