Sr. Java Developer - Global - Kochi

One of our esteemed clients is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Senior Java Developer.

Job Title : Sr. Java Developer

Location : Kakkanad, Kerala

Responsibilities :

• Write performant, testable, and maintainable JAVA code with 10+ years of proven

commercial JAVA experience

• Knowledge of best practices and patterns across the implementation, build, and deployment

ofJava services

• Be an individual contributor

Skills & Experience :

• BS degree in Engineering or Computer Science, or equivalent experience
• Proven extensive experience in the Java ecosystem and related technologies and frameworks

(min. 10 yrs exp.)

i) Spring Boot, Spring libraries, and frameworks

ii) Hibernate

iii) Maven

• Fluent in TDD and familiar with BDD
• Knowledge of Git, JIRA, Confluence, Maven, Docker, and using Jenkins
• Solid experience of working with RESTful services in a microservices-oriented architecture
• Solid knowledge of working within a cloud-based infrastructure, ideally AWS
• Knowledge of NoSQL and relational database management systems, especially PostgreSQL
• Experience in building services within event or stream-based systems using either SQS,

Kafka, or Pulsar, CQRS

• Thorough understanding of Computer Science fundamentals and software patterns

Nice to have :

• Experience with AWS Services such as Lambda, SQS, S3, Recognition Face Liveness
• Experience with Camunda BPMN

Working conditions : Office-based : 5 days in Kochi office and shift time will be from 11.00

am to 8.00 pm IST
