Job Title: Java Developer

Location: Indore

Experience Level: [ 3-5 years]

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level applications using Java 8/17, Spring 4, and Spring Boot (XML configuration-based).
• Build robust data access layers using Hibernate and MySQL.
• Develop and manage background processes and scheduled jobs with Spring Batch.
• Implement business rules and workflows using Drools and BPMN tools (Activiti, Camunda, jBPM).
• Develop and maintain user interfaces with JSP, Servlets, jQuery, and JavaScript
• Manage document repositories and content storage using Apache Jackrabbit (JCR).
• Integrate applications and services using MuleSoft.
• Contribute to EJB-based components and support legacy modules when required.
• Work with templating engines such as Thymeleaf (or equivalent) for server-side rendering.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Ensure high standards of application performance, security, and scalability.

Technical Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of Core Java (Java 8 & Java 17).
• Hands-on experience with Spring Framework (Spring 4, Spring Boot with XML configuration).
• Expertise in Hibernate, JPA, and relational databases (MySQL or other RDBMS). Experience with Spring Batch for job scheduling and batch processing.
• Familiarity with Drools or other rule engines.
• Proficiency in JSP, Servlets, jQuery, and JavaScript for UI development.
• Experience integrating services using MuleSoft.
• Knowledge of Apache Jackrabbit (JCR) for content management.
• Experience with Enterprise Java Beans (EJB).
• Understanding of BPMN tools such as Activiti, Camunda, or jBPM.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and frontend debugging tools.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 2–3 years of hands-on experience as a Java Developer.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹8,000,000.00 per year
