Sr. Java Developer

Role Overview: You are a highly skilled and experienced Senior Java Developer / Technical Lead with a strong background in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture, as well as practical experience in GCP (Google Cloud Platform). Your role will involve designing, developing, and leading the implementation of scalable enterprise applications. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the design and development of complex, scalable, and high-performance applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices. - Collaborate with product managers, architects, and other developers to translate business requirements into technical solutions. - Implement best practices in coding, testing, and deployment across the development lifecycle. - Work closely with DevOps teams to ensure smooth CI/CD deployment processes in GCP. - Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability. - Mentor and guide junior developers, ensuring adherence to coding standards and quality benchmarks. - Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot production issues, and provide quick resolutions. - Ensure seamless integration of microservices with other systems and APIs. Qualification Required: - 6-8 years of hands-on experience in Java development. - Strong expertise in Spring Boot and Microservices architecture. - Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON, and message queues (Kafka/RabbitMQ). - Experience with GCP (Google Cloud Platform) deployment, cloud services, and integrations. - Proficiency in SQL/NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.). - Strong understanding of containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes. - Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control tools like Git. - Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills. - Strong communication, leadership, and team collaboration abilities. Additional Details: The company is looking for candidates who have experience with API Gateway, Service Mesh, or Serverless architecture, exposure to cloud-native tools and DevOps pipelines, knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies, and GCP certification (Associate or Professional level) is considered an added advantage.
