Description
As a Senior IT Analyst at Honeywell, you will be utilizing your hands-on experience in implementing Oracle Cloud HCM to customize and maintain Oracle's Fusion Human Capital Management (HCM) applications. Your primary responsibility will involve collaborating with business stakeholders to comprehend their HR needs, configuring the system, providing ongoing support, and ensuring alignment with business requirements. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in testing, training, and resolving issues related to the Oracle Fusion HCM system. Your key responsibilities will include: - Collaborating with clients to gather and analyze their business requirements and HR processes. - Designing solutions and configuring Oracle Fusion HCM modules to meet functional and technical requirements. - Developing test plans, scripts, and scenarios to ensure the system meets client needs. - Providing end-user training, creating documentation, and offering continuous support for the system. - Assisting with project planning, timelines, and resource allocation. - Identifying and resolving functional and technical issues related to the Oracle Fusion HCM system. - Identifying opportunities for process improvement and recommending system enhancements. - Assisting with data migration and integrating Oracle Fusion HCM with other systems. - Offering expert advice and guidance on Oracle Fusion HCM functionalities and best practices. - Keeping abreast of the latest Oracle Fusion HCM features, updates, and industry trends. Required Skills and Experience: - Deep knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM modules, such as ORC, Talent Management, Learning. - Understanding of technical aspects like integrations, data migration, and reporting. - Strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving skills. - Project management skills for effective project management, timelines, and resource management. - Analytical skills to analyze complex business processes and requirements. - Several years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM implementations, including configuration, testing, and training. Desired Qualifications: - Oracle Cloud Certification in one or more HCM modules. - Knowledge of REST and / or SOAP API. - Ability to use HDL files and formats for data loading into Oracle Cloud HCM. - Strong presentation and communication skills. - Proficiency in MS Office tools, specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
