Sr. Implementation Analyst / Implementation Lead

Key Responsibilities

Lead
client onboarding and implementation projects
from kickoff to go-live
Configure, test, and deploy
SaaS-based solutions
efficiently
Conduct
client training sessions
and ensure smooth adoption of the platform
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects within defined timelines
Manage multiple client projects while ensuring quality and customer satisfaction
