Sr. DevOps Engineer

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated DevOps Engineer(3-5 years of experience) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development and IT operations, with a focus on automating and optimizing processes to enhance the efficiency of our development and deployment pipelines. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Duties

• Collaborate with development teams to implement CI/CD pipelines for efficient software deployment.
• Manage cloud infrastructure using tools such as AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure.
• Utilize containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools such as Kubernetes for application deployment.
• Implement configuration management using tools like Ansible, Chef, or Puppet.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues using tools like New Relic, Splunk, or Elasticsearch.
• Develop scripts for automation tasks using languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Ensure security best practices are followed in cloud environments and during software deployments.
• Participate in disaster recovery planning and incident management processes.
• Conduct system testing and quality assurance to ensure software reliability.
• Collaborate in Agile/Scrum environments to gather requirements and manage projects effectively.

Requirements(atleast 3-5 years of exp.)

• Strong experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Azure) + Terraform(Must).
• Proficiency in containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with configuration management tools (Ansible, Chef, Puppet).
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab) for automated testing and deployment.
• Knowledge of programming/scripting languages including Java, Python, Groovy, Ruby, or JavaScript.
• Experience with databases such as MySQL, Microsoft SQL Server, or DynamoDB.
• Understanding of IT infrastructure components including firewalls, networking (TCP/IP), and virtualization technologies (VMware).
• Familiarity with web servers (NGINX, Tomcat) and application servers (WebLogic, JBoss).
• Strong problem-solving skills with experience in debugging and troubleshooting software issues.

Pay: ₹480,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
