Sr. DevOps Engineer

Location Noida Work Mode: Hybrid
We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and manage scalable infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines across multiple cloud environments. This role requires deep expertise in container orchestration (Kubernetes), cloud infrastructure (AWS, Oracle, Azure), automation (Terraform), and DevOps best practices. You will collaborate with developers, security engineers, and IT teams to build secure, resilient, and highly available systems.

Key Responsibilities
Cloud & Infrastructure Managemento Architect, deploy, and manage infrastructure across AWS, Oracle Cloud, and Azure.o Implement Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform for reproducible, scalable deployments.o Manage and optimize Kubernetes clusters (EKS, AKS, OKE).o Automate provisioning, monitoring, and scaling of services.CI/CD & Automationo Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI/CD.o Integrate pipelines with testing, security scanning, and deployment workflows.o Develop automation scripts for operational tasks and configuration management.Security & Complianceo Implement security best practices for cloud infrastructure, containerized workloads, and network configurations.o Work with security teams to ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.o Monitor for vulnerabilities and proactively address risks.Monitoring & Reliabilityo Set up observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.) for metrics, logging, and alerting.o Ensure high availability, disaster recovery, and business continuity for critical systems.Collaboration & Leadershipo Work closely with developers, and IT teams to streamline software delivery.o Participate in on-call rotation for production support (if applicable).

Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience: 5+ years in DevOps/SRE or related infrastructure roles.Cloud Expertise: Hands-on experience with AWS, Oracle Cloud, and Azure.Cloud Expertise: Experience with serverless computing (AWS Lambda, Azure Functions).Containerization: Deep knowledge of Kubernetes (deployment, scaling, RBAC, Helm).Infrastructure as Code: Strong skills in Terraform (preferred) or other IaC tools.Linux Administration: Expert-level understanding of Linux systems, networking, and troubleshooting.CI/CD: Experience with GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, or similar.Networking: Knowledge of TCP/IP, VPNs, load balancing, DNS, firewalls, routing.Security: Familiarity with cloud security, secrets management (Vault, SSM), and compliance.Automation & Scripting: Proficiency in Python, Bash, or Go for automation tasks.Workflow Tools: Experience with orchestration tools like Apache Airflow (nice-to-have).Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, communication, and mentoring abilities.
