Job Summary

As a Bot Developer in the CAI Development Squad your role is crucial in developing and optimizing chat andvoice bots to meet customer needs. Your responsibilities cover technical project development innovationfeature integration business contribution customer satisfaction team development and supportingimplementation projects. You will collaborate with an international team to drive the success and scalabilityof our Conversational AI solutions.

Responsibilities

BOT Developer using Amazon Polly and Conversational AI Lex Google dialog flow GenAI Bot development Node.js or Python . With a focus on hybrid work model the candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation in the Finance & Accounting and Property & Casualty Insurance domains. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and strategic thinking to enhance business processes and deliver impactful results. 3.Experience : 8to10yrs 4.Required Skills : Technical Skills : Amazon Lex Amazon Polly Domain Skills : 5.Nice to have skills : Domain Skills : 6.Technology : 7.Shift : Day 8.Responsibilities : Design develop train and optimize chat and voice bots to address customer needs. Implement new features including external application integrations Enhance Generative AI applications (e.g. FAQ and Knowledge Base Systems Copilot system text summarization language translation user profiling personalization). Drive the innovation pillar within the CAI Bot Development Center of Excellence. Train bot Natural Language Understanding (NLU) models and analyze bot performance. Assess project issues and provide use case counselling. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation and guidelines. Design and deliver training programs for team members and customers.
