Sr. Data Scientist

As a Data Scientist at our company, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and deployment of machine learning and statistical models to drive key business initiatives. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven solutions, uncover insights, and support strategic decisions. Key Responsibilities: - Proficiency in Python, R, and ML frameworks like scikit-learn and TensorFlow. - Strong knowledge of statistics, data analysis, and predictive modeling. - Experience working with large datasets and deploying models to production. - Excellent communication and visualization skills. In this role, you will need to develop and deploy ML models and statistical algorithms for business-critical use cases, collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams on data projects, perform in-depth data analysis to identify trends and business opportunities, present insights through dashboards and visualizations, monitor and validate model performance, and stay current with industry best practices in AI, ML, and data engineering. Additionally, you will maintain records of customer conversations and analyze data, as well as handle customer queries on chat and emails.
