Sr. Customer Service Executive - Platform Planning & Network Design

Position Summary

A seasonedprofessional with 6 to10 years of experience working in multidisciplinaryDomestic and International projects, with specific expertise in Outside PlantDesign, Asbuilt Engineering, and Data Cleanse Project. you will analyze andexecute project plans for current and new scope of projects provided byStakeholder. Ensures quality of work and that industry guideline andrequirements are met.

Major Responsibilities

1. Thisis an operational role within Fibre services to Plan, Design and As built theFibre assets in GIS tools PNI Magik version 5.2.10. that may seek appropriate level of guidance and adviceto ensure delivery of quality outcomes

2. Proactivelywork with internal and external stakeholders to identify the project scope gapsand prepare a plan for the system update in PNI and PRM.

3. Plan,organize, and monitor the overall program objectives for the department.Utilize KPIs and metrics to monitor the performance of teams to ensure alldeliverables are completed efficiently and as scheduled.

4. Responsiblefor communicating process updates through regular team meetings

5. Designoutside plant network infrastructure which is costeffective, fitforpurpose, andfutureproof for Backhaul network and Enterprise customers and Cumolo report.

6. Leadingall Outside plant design activities and providing technical expertise on allaspects of fibre design and planning

7. Manageinternal and thirdparty teams to produce highquality designs of FTTX, and B2Bnetworks for underground and aerial networks

8. Continueddriving of improvement in costs, timescales, and quality

9. Toproduce detailed industrystandard documentation of the design and Asbuiltand update on Inventory Management Systems

10. Awareof the Strategy team Architecture to be followed and maintained in GISApplications

11. Designof the telecommunications industry and its practices standards regarding thefibre construction costs to build an optical network

12. Musthave skills in defining, evaluating, solving, and presenting alternatives tocomplex engineering problems and in applying engineering and economicprinciples while conducting studies and surveys to analyze a technical systemor design

13. Drivethe SOW and provide the updates on weekly basis, also identify the RCA andarrest the data integrity issues.

14. Producesreports on quality assurance and projects for internal and client governance

15. Proposes,documents maintains and implements continual process improvements which lead tobenefits for the client and TCTS

16. Assessesinternal training needs and identifies training opportunities to ensureeffective performance

Qualifications

1. 6 to 10 years of relevant experience in TelecommunicationsEngineering with over 5 years of experience as a GIS PNI Expertise.

2. Proficientin MS Office Suite with good skills in PowerPoint and Excel
