Sr. Creative Designer

As a Web/Graphic Designer/Art Director at our company, you will be responsible for creating unique and eye-catching designs, as well as developing concepts for clients. Your knowledge in multiple design facets including web, print, flash, etc., along with a complete understanding of typography, branding, and page layout, would be highly valued in this role. You will be an integral part of the Creative Group and report directly to the Creative Head. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize your minimum 5 years of experience in Web/Graphic Design/Art Direction to produce high-quality designs for the Internet medium - Demonstrate innovative thinking by coming up with out-of-the-box design solutions - Showcase your expertise in tools such as Photoshop, Flash, Dreamweaver, Illustrator, Coreldraw, HTML/DHTML, CSS, and Javascript - Stay updated on current trends in web development and possess the necessary skills to execute web and interactive projects - Meet tight deadlines and adapt to fluctuating client demands - Apply your practical sense and strategic business insights to deliver projects effectively with various teams - Deliver strong presentations, communicate effectively, and interact independently with clients Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in any field; a Diploma or Fine Arts degree would be an added advantage - 5 or more years of relevant experience; candidates with a minimum of 2 years of experience may be considered for junior positions - Experience in leading a team of junior designers and collaborating in cross-functional teams - Location preference: Kolkata - Age bracket: 25 - 35 years Additional Company Details: - Remuneration: Salary will be commensurate with your experience and qualifications, offering an opportunity for growth within our vibrant team.,
