Sr. Business Development Executive

As an ideal candidate for the role, you will play a crucial role in developing various sales collaterals, working on pre-sales technical presentations, and crafting business proposals primarily focused on the USA and Canada markets. Your responsibilities will include: - Conducting industry research to identify appropriate decision makers and target prospects for new client acquisition. - Establishing and nurturing relationships with potential clients to generate new business opportunities. - Making cold calls to generate leads for new business ventures. - Ensuring the prospective client database is up-to-date. - Engaging in live chat with clients to address pre-sales queries. - Demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of all the services offered by the company. - Preparing, maintaining, and sending proposals to prospective clients. - Coordinating meetings between senior management and clients. - Cultivating and maintaining strong client relationships. - Taking end-to-end ownership of leads from prospecting to conversion, presentation, and closing, with additional experience in these areas being advantageous. Your skill set should ideally include: - Proven experience in IT services sales within the USA and Canada markets. - Prior experience in cold calling. - Knowledge in Digital Marketing and E-commerce. - Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and coordinate tasks effectively to meet multiple deadlines. - Excellent interpersonal skills. - A collaborative approach with clients and team members. - Attention to detail and active listening skills.
