Role Details

Position: Bench Sales Recruiter

Location: KP Epitome, Makarba, Ahmedabad (On-site)

Employment Type: Full-time

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (Saturday & Sunday Off)

Office Timings: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST

Salary Range: ₹17,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Performance-based)

Role Description

The Bench Sales Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment sales cycle, including identifying qualified candidates, building and maintaining strong client and consultant relationships, handling account management, and driving hiring success. The role requires daily communication with clients and consultants to ensure smooth onboarding and successful placements.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end bench sales recruitment processes.

Market available consultants to vendors and clients for new opportunities.

Build and nurture strong client and vendor relationships.

Handle full life-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, negotiating, and closing.

Collaborate with account managers to achieve successful hiring outcomes.

Provide timely communication and updates to consultants and clients.

Meet recruitment targets in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Hands-on experience in full life-cycle recruiting.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.

Prior experience in recruitment or staffing industry is a plus.
