• Lead the

  planning, execution, and delivery of multiple data projects

  , ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and quality standards.
• Lead the design and development of

  Data Warehouses

  ,

  Data Lakes

  , and

  Lakehouses

  Medallion architecture

  principles (Bronze, Silver, Gold layers).
• Define and implement

  data ingestion pipelines

  from diverse sources (structured, semi-structured, and unstructured).
• Oversee the development of

  ETL/ELT processes

  , ensuring scalability, performance, and reusability.
• Work closely with business analysts, data engineers, and BI developers to understand requirements and translate them into robust technical designs.
• Drive data quality, lineage, cataloging, and governance best practices.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate CI/CD pipelines and automate deployments using

  Azure DevOps

  .
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects and data engineers.
• Evaluate & recommend tools, technologies, and frameworks to support data strategies. Support

  pre-sales activities

  by preparing technical proposals, effort estimations, and SOW documents.
• Collaborate with sales and leadership teams to respond to

  RFPs

  and customer queries.
• Present technical solutions and value propositions to senior leadership and client stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 1218 years

  of experience in Data Architecture, Data Engineering, or related roles.
• Strong hands-on experience in

  SQL

  , performance tuning, and optimization.
• Expertise in

  ETL/ELT processes

  , data modeling, and transformation logic.
• Solid understanding of

  Microsoft Fabric

  (Data Factory, Dataflows Gen2, OneLake, etc.).
• Deep knowledge of

  Data Warehousing

  principles,

  star/snowflake schema

  , and

  dimensional modeling

  .
• Strong understanding of

  data pipelines

  ,

  data integration

  from various source systems (ERP, APIs, Files, Streams, etc.).
• Experience with

  Azure Data Services

  (Data Factory, Synapse, Databricks, Azure SQL DB, Blob Storage).
• Hands-on experience with

  DevOps

  practices, source control, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure automation (preferably

  Azure DevOps

  ).
• Proficiency in

  data visualization tools

  like Power BI/Tableau/Qlikview.
• Understanding of

• Demonstrated experience in
