Job Description

You will be joining Xerox Holdings Corporation as an Associate - QA Engineer, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and stability of software applications. Your responsibilities will include: - Collaborating with Solution Architects, Project Stakeholders, and QA Lead to understand project requirements and acceptance criteria. - Developing comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for System Testing, System Integration Testing, and Joint System Integration Testing. - Executing test cases, documenting test results and defects efficiently in Azure DevOps. - Performing functional and regression testing to maintain software quality. - Assisting in testing UAT and PROD defect fixes. - Participating in Agile ceremonies and working closely with developers, product owners, and business stakeholders. - Working on automation tools and frameworks to streamline testing processes. - Mentoring junior team members and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. To qualify for this role, you should meet the following requirements: - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. - 3-7 years of experience in software quality assurance, focusing on System Testing and System Integration Testing. - Strong understanding of Agile principles and experience in Agile environments. - Proficiency in creating test plans, test cases, and test scripts for complex software systems. - Experience in Web test automation tools such as Java - Selenium, Playwright, and Desktop Automation or RPA based tools like Power Automate, UI Path. - Solid understanding of QA processes, methodologies, and best practices. - Excellent communication skills, ability to collaborate effectively, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize effectively. - Certification in software testing (e.g., ISTQB) is a plus.
