Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Associate to join our team in Business Analytics & Quant Trading, with 2-5 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement quantitative models to analyze complex business problems and provide actionable insights.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute trading strategies using advanced analytics techniques.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Design and implement data visualizations to communicate complex data insights to stakeholders.
Work closely with the development team to integrate new features and functionalities into existing systems.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in quantitative learning and trading.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of IT Services & Consulting industry operations and challenges.
Experience with quantitative modeling, machine learning, and data visualization tools.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to develop and maintain large-scale data systems and architectures.
Strong knowledge of business analytics principles and practices, with the ability to apply them in real-world scenarios.
