Key Responsibilities:
Design and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for payment-related functionalities.
Conduct functional, integration, regression, and API testing across backend and frontend systems.
Validate Swift message formats (MT/MX) or payment gateway integrations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Identify, document, and track defects using bug-tracking tools like JIRA .
Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other QA engineers to understand system architecture and requirements.
Perform end-to-end testing of payment flows, including reconciliation, settlement, and transaction processing.
Participate in requirements reviews, ensuring testability and quality standards are met from the start.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
5-8 years of QA/testing experience in SWIFT and Payment Gateway. .
Strong understanding of QA methodologies , SDLC, and STLC.
Exposure to Swift messaging protocols (MT/MX) or working knowledge of payment gateways.
Proficiency in test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail , Zephyr).
Basic understanding of database querying (SQL).
Good understanding of transaction processing systems and financial workflows.
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
