Sr Analyst SAP Configuration

As a Senior Analyst, SAP Configuration at Empower, you will be a key member of our SAP team, responsible for designing, documenting, implementing, and supporting the SAP Policy Management (FS-PM) and SAP Claims Management (FS-CM) modules. Your role will involve configuring and customizing multiplatform SAP application modules, developing and executing test plans, troubleshooting problems, and ensuring delivery meets system and business requirements. You will also play a crucial role in mentoring less experienced SAP analysts and providing support for ongoing FS-PM and FS-CM implementation. Your duties and responsibilities will include assisting in gathering, documenting, and analyzing system and business requirements, monitoring lower-level staff, coordinating with technical teams, resolving system issues, training colleagues, and making recommendations for project resource requirements. Your expertise in SAP configuration and solution design will be essential as you act independently within your assigned areas and serve as a subject matter expert for the SAP FS-PM and FS-CM modules. To excel in this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or Business, along with a minimum of 4 years of relevant SAP experience. Hands-on configuration experience is required, as well as exposure to implementing new SAP enhancements and conversions. You should be able to work effectively with third-party vendors, address deficiencies promptly, and document and evaluate test cases thoroughly.
