Job Title: Python Developer (Backend + AI/ML)

We are seeking an experienced Python Developer with 5-6 years of expertise in backend development and AI/ML. The ideal candidate will design and maintain scalable backend solutions, RESTful APIs, and data pipelines while optimizing performance and security. The role also involves building, training, and deploying AI/ML models, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, and integrating with vector databases and LLM frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Python code.
• Build scalable backend solutions and lightweight APIs for ML/LLM-driven applications.
• Develop, train, and fine-tune AI/ML models for production use cases.
• Implement MLOps pipelines for model training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.
• Work with RAG pipelines, embeddings, and vector databases (ChromaDB, FAISS, Pinecone, Milvus, Weaviate, etc.).
• Integrate LLM frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, etc.) and external APIs (e.g., OpenAI APIs).
• Collaborate with AI/ML engineers to transform prototypes into production-ready solutions.
• Optimize AI/ML workflows for performance, scalability, and security.
• Work with relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis).
• Conduct experiments, analyze large datasets, and derive insights for product improvements.
• Implement best practices for coding, code reviews, and testing.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade backend services and deployed ML models.
• Stay up to date with industry trends in AI/ML, LLMs, and backend systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5-6 years of professional experience in Python development and AI/ML.
• Strong knowledge of ML frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn.
• Hands-on experience with model training, fine-tuning, and deployment.
• Basic knowledge of backend frameworks (Flask, FastAPI, or Django – not mandatory).
• Experience in RAG pipelines and vector databases (ChromaDB, FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus).
• Experience with LangChain, OpenAI APIs, and LLM-based workflows.
• Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis).
• Proficiency in RESTful API development.
• Experience with cloud AI platforms (AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, GCP AI Platform).
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Experience with version control systems (Git/GitHub/GitLab).
• Strong problem-solving skills, analytical mindset, and ability to work in cross-functional teams.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
