Sr. AI Engineer/Research Scientist

Role Overview: As a member of the senior AI development team at jhana, you will be involved in researching, engineering, and launching cutting-edge AI products. Your responsibilities will include working with the product team to design technologies that cater to user needs, innovating and creating novel solutions in the legal-tech space, and iterating on these solutions as the userbase and product evolve. You are expected to be deeply experienced, product- and user-oriented, and up to date with the latest research and technologies in the field. Key Responsibilities: - Research, engineer, and launch cutting-edge AI products in the legal-tech space - Work with the product team to design technologies that serve user needs - Innovate and create novel solutions - Iterate on solutions as the userbase and product evolve Qualifications Required: - Deep familiarity with DL methods and up-to-date with the latest on Arxiv - Proficiency with linear algebra and programming tensor math - Familiarity with complex systems and optimization - Strong engineering skills, ideally with Python proficiency - Excited by large-N data, access to compute, and problems that are emergent with scale - Crave ownership over problem statements - Hungry for impact and to write code that is actually shipped - Prioritize career advancement (e.g. Chief Scientist title) and growing with a high-velocity company more than immediate compensation Additional Details: N/A,
