Sr. AEM Developer

ESK Technologies is seeking an experienced Sr. AEM Developer to join our team in Chennai. As a Sr. AEM Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and customizing AEM solutions including templates, components, workflows, and integrations. You will need to have a strong expertise in AEM development, customization, and integration, along with the ability to lead and mentor junior developers. The ideal candidate should have at least 7 years of hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and possess strong proficiency in Java, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Java-based frameworks. You should also have a good understanding of AEM architecture, Sling models, OSGi, and deployment strategies. Experience in integrating AEM with third-party APIs, CRM systems, and marketing platforms is highly preferred. In this role, you will be required to extend AEM functionality using AEM APIs, OSGi services, and other extension points. Additionally, you will be responsible for mentoring junior developers, conducting code reviews, and sharing best practices to support continuous learning within the team. You will also work on front-end development using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to build responsive and user-friendly interfaces within AEM. The successful candidate will have leadership experience and excellent debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills. Familiarity with version control systems like Git is a plus.
