Job Description

Provision and configure SQL Server instances for both new and existing products.
Ensure performance, security, and availability of databases.
Plan, implement, and maintain replication strategies.
In depth analysis of performance, identification of areas of improvement, and implementation planning.
Prepare documentation, procedures, and specifications.
Handle common database procedures such as upgrade, backup, recovery, migration, etc.
Profile server resource usage, optimize and tweak as necessary.
Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders.
Mentor junior team members.
24x7 Support of Production DB s
Solid working knowledge performing OS/DB migrations on prem and in azure environments.
Installation, configuration, and support of SQL Server Integration Services, Reporting Services, and Analysis Services.
