SQL Database Administrator

We are looking for an experienced SQL Database Administrator/Developer to support the project team from a database perspective. This role will be responsible for setting up the SQL database environment, creating tables, views, and stored procedures, and ensuring database performance, security, and integrity. This dedicated resource will provide the required backend database expertise throughout the project lifecycle.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and set up the SQL Server databaseDevelop and optimize database tables, views, stored procedures, and functions based on business and application requirementsManage database setup, configuration, and deployment in alignment with project requirementsEnsure data integrity, consistency, and performance optimization through proper indexing, normalization, and query tuningImplement database security including role-based access controls and data protection measuresCollaborate with the PowerApps development team to ensure smooth data connectivity and efficient performanceSupport data migration and transformation activities between systems such as from legacy or staging environmentsConduct regular backups, recovery testing, and performance monitoring to maintain database reliabilityDocument database structures, data flows, and processes for technical reference

Required Skills And Qualifications

Bachelors degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field3 to 6 years of hands-on experience in SQL Server database development and administrationStrong proficiency in T-SQL, query optimization, and performance tuning

Experience With Stored Procedures, Functions, Views, And Triggers
