Key Responsibilities Maintain India Bookkeeping in Zoho Books by recording day-to-day financial transactions. Handle invoicing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and budget tracking in compliance with accounting principles. Coordinate with external auditors during statutory audits by preparing reports, reconciliations, and supporting documentation. Process and verify employee reimbursements, including travel, internet, and incentives. Manage vendor and client contracts/agreements and ensure accurate record-keeping.
