Experience Required: 8+ yrs

Responsibilities:

Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot DocuSign CLM/SpringCM workflows to ensure accurate folder and document processing.
Develop and optimize workflows for document generation, approvals, XML merging, and related automation.
Monitor overall application performance and proactively resolve issues.
Standardize, restructure, and clean up legacy folder hierarchies.
Perform day-to-day administration including user access management, configuration updates, workflow re-triggers, and system maintenance.
Collaborate with the Meta Application Manager to implement privacy, retention, and compliance rules.

Qualifications:

Strong hands-on experience in DocuSign CLM system administration.
Proven experience in designing, developing, and maintaining advanced DocuSign CLM workflows and document generation processes.
Proficiency in writing and maintaining C# snippet code within DocuSign workflows.
Good understanding of DocuSign CLM security models, role-based access, and best practices for privacy and security.
Experience integrating CLM with third-party systems such as Salesforce (SFDC) or Workday.
Knowledge of Salesforce (SFDC) is an added advantage.
