Springboot Java Microservices Consultant

As an Infoscion, your primary responsibility is to lead the engagement effort in providing high quality and value-adding consulting solutions to customers. This involves guiding the team from problem definition to diagnosis, solution design, development, and deployment. You will review proposals, provide guidance, and analyze solutions to identify potential risks and issues. Identifying change management requirements and proposing structured approaches for managing change using different communication mechanisms is also part of your role. Additionally, you will coach and create a vision for the team, provide subject matter training, and motivate team members through effective feedback and recognition. Your contribution to unit-level and organizational initiatives will focus on delivering high-quality consulting solutions to customers while following organizational guidelines and processes. To excel in this role, you should possess primary skills in Technology such as Cloud Platform, Microservices Technology, Java, and Springboot. Furthermore, having knowledge of software configuration management systems, strong business acumen, awareness of the latest technologies and industry trends, logical thinking, problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate are essential. It is also beneficial to have expertise in industry domains, understanding of financial processes for various projects and pricing models, client interfacing skills, knowledge of SDLC and agile methodologies, as well as project and team management capabilities.
