Splunk Admin

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ahmedabad for a Splunk Admin. The Splunk Admin will be responsible for managing and configuring Splunk environments, including installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Splunk instances. Day-to-day tasks include creating dashboards, reports, and alerts for user needs, performing data indexing and field extractions, and ensuring system performance and reliability. The role also involves working closely with various teams to understand their logging and monitoring requirements and ensuring the implementation of best practices in system administration and security.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Strong Analytical Skills
• Administrative Assistance experience
• Basic understanding of Finance
• Proficiency in managing and configuring Splunk environments
• Experience in creating dashboards, reports, and alerts
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues independently
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
