Specialist – SCADA & Networking

Key Responsibilities

Work in a 24/7 rotational shift environment
Coordinate and maintain network components (VPNs, Firewalls, Routers, Switches)
Troubleshoot SCADA systems, agents, and communication issues remotely and on-site
Manage incidents and ticketing through to resolution
Support IT/OT network changes and upgrades
Collaborate with Global Cybersecurity teams to maintain privacy and security across SCADA and IT/OT systems
Ensure systems and security patches are up to date with proper documentation

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong experience with SCADA systems
Familiarity with communication protocols: IEC104, IEC101, MODBUS, DNP, OPC UA/DA
Basic knowledge of MS Windows, Linux, SQL, and Virtual Machines (VM)
Hands-on experience with Firewalls, Routers, and OT/IT Gateways
Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
