• Inventory Management:
• Maintain accurate records of all parts inventory, including receiving, stocking, and issuing.
• Monitor inventory levels and identify potential shortages or surpluses.
• Implement strategies to optimize inventory levels and minimize holding costs.
• Manage the ordering and receiving of parts from suppliers.
• Ensure the timely delivery of parts to workshops and service centers.
• Customer Service:
• Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers.
• Assist customers in identifying and ordering the correct parts.
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints related to parts.
• Team Management:
• Lead and supervise the parts department team, including parts attendants and warehouse staff.
• Train and develop team members on inventory management procedures, customer service skills, and safety practices.
• Financial Management:
• Monitor parts sales and revenue.
• Control parts costs and identify opportunities for cost reduction.
• Prepare reports on parts inventory and sales performance.
• Compliance:
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized parts warehouse.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in parts management within the automotive industry.
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts and their applications.
• Excellent inventory management skills, including experience with inventory control systems.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
