Role Description

- Identify and onboard channel partners for lead generation.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with sourcing partners to ensure consistent lead flow.

- Work closely with the sales team to align sourcing efforts with business targets.

-Conduct regular training sessions for partners to improve product knowledge and pitch.

- Ensure proper lead tracking and follow-up

- Support project launch events and promotions to maximize footfall and interest.
