📝 About the Role

We are hiring a Sourcing Executive to support our raw material and vendor sourcing operations. If you have a keen eye for detail, a basic understanding of fabrics, and can communicate fluently in Tamil, this is your chance to grow with one of the leading names in the garment industry.

📌 Key Responsibilities:

-Source fabrics, trims, and accessories from local and regional vendors

-Negotiate pricing, timelines, and terms with suppliers

-Maintain vendor relationships and follow up on deliveries

-Coordinate with production and merchandising teams for material planning

-Conduct basic quality checks on incoming materials

-Update sourcing data, purchase orders, and vendor databases

✅ What We’re Looking For:

-Educational background in Business, Supply Chain Operations, Textile, or a related field is preferred.

-0–2 years of experience in sourcing/procurement (freshers welcome)

-Fluency in Tamil is a must

-Basic knowledge of garment materials and sourcing practices

-Strong communication, negotiation & follow-up skills

-Proficiency in MS Excel and email communication
