Solutions Implementation Consultant

As a Solutions Implementation Consultant at Unifize, you will play a crucial role in configuring the Unifize applications for customers, gathering insights about product and process usage, and providing lightning-fast responses to customer queries. Your responsibilities will include configuring the Unifize application based on customer requirements, building PDF templates, troubleshooting non-technical issues, reporting defects, and implementing solutions for customers. Additionally, you will be expected to stay updated with product features and new releases. Key Responsibilities: - Configure Unifize application for customer requirements - Build PDF templates as per the customer's requirement - Troubleshoot non-technical issues raised by the team - Report defects and follow up with the development team on the progress - Implement solutions for customers by configuring the application - Answer customer support questions on the app and make configurational changes to processes as required - Undertake ad-hoc tasks or projects as required - Stay updated with product features and new releases Qualifications Required: - Experience working at a software company using configuration or no-code builders to develop solutions for customers - Experience in manufacturing, life science, medical devices, automotive, aerospace, or similar environments, especially in operations, R&D, or quality - Minimum of two years of Implementation, Sales Engineering, Customer Success, Support, or Integrations-focused Solution consulting experience - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience - Organised with the ability to develop and execute complex plans throughout the client relationship lifecycle - Team-oriented, collaborative, and comfortable working cross-functionally - Strong verbal/written communication and presentation skills, with the ability to persuade both internal and external resources At Unifize, we have high expectations for our employees, encouraging them to embrace first-principles thinking, effective communication, and accountability.
