Customer Engagement & Advocacy
- Foster alignment across teams to support customer success with PTC solutions, especially FlexPLM.
- Identify opportunities by demonstrating the value of emerging and existing technologies.
- Share best practices, contribute to delivery assets, and support sales enablement.
- Represent PTC s mission, vision, and values in all customer interactions.
- Continuously build expertise in FlexPLM through ongoing learning and development.
Customer & Partner Support
- Establish governance frameworks with customers and partners to promote long-term value and minimize churn.
- Conduct Health Checks and Functional Footprints to optimize product usage and share industry insights.
- Deliver Office Hours, product demonstrations, and training on self-service tools.
Product Initiatives
- Drive engagement through webinars, forums, and partner events.
- Create and share content such as news digests, e-magazines, and community posts.
- Develop training modules and deliver enablement content for FlexPLM 13.x+.
- Support both onsite and remote functional engagements.
Internal Collaboration
- Monitor and report on customer success metrics and risk indicators.
- Maintain dashboards and contribute to monthly digest content.
- Support renewal, upgrade, and expansion efforts using data-driven insights.
Solutions Architecture (As Needed)
- Translate business processes into technical solutions using FlexPLM s out-of-the-box capabilities.
- Lead requirement gathering, documentation, and delivery planning.
- Align customer needs with technology through deep product knowledge.
- Collaborate with change managers to support execution and adoption.
- Partner with delivery and business teams to provide thought leadership and build strong relationships.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor s degree (Retail, Apparel, or Footwear-focused degrees are a plus).
- 8+ years of experience in Retail PLM (implementation, consulting, or usage).
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
Preferred
- Experience in Retail PLM consulting.
- Deep understanding of retail business processes and industry best practices.
- Strong documentation and presentation skills.
- Bonus: Ability to understand technical configurations of PLM products.
