What would you do As a Sales Operations and Digital Insides Sales Solution Architect, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and optimizing DIS and sales operation solutions. Your primary focus will be on providing customized solutions for backend sales operations and tele sales operations to create seamless customer experiences. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business goals, technology infrastructure, and operational efficiency.Design, implement and direct a solution architecture to address specific problems and requirements, usually through the application of technical, business process and/or industry knowledge.
