Solution Director

As someone with over 15 years of experience working with 3G, 4G, and 5G technologies in the Billing and Charging portfolio, preferably managing complex implementations of Oracle products such as Policy, DSR, Charging, and more, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Direct engagement with Network engineering, Business & IT stakeholders - Handling project deliveries with a preference for Oracle Technologies - Good understanding of technologies like Oracle DBE, Billing, Elastic Charging, OSM, UIM, and other core Telecom technologies across 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G - Development capabilities and out-of-the-box thinking for enabling automation - Scoping, planning, and estimation for deliverables during pre-sales and project deliveries - Regular meetings with project stakeholders to define project goals and objectives - Leading budget and resource allocation, defending solutions, estimations, timelines, and deliverables with customers - Overseeing day-to-day technical operations, including assignments and personnel reviews - Exposure and good knowledge of cloud-native technologies - Understanding Kubernetes, Dockers, K8 Framework, and leading large-scale transformations and multiple complex projects simultaneously - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Effective communication with higher management in customer locations - Conducting workshops, guiding consultants, working efficiently within virtual teams - Participating in design workshops with customers Your qualifications should meet Career Level - IC5 with experience in Solution Architect roles in large Telco Industry projects. Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and Iterative project methodologies, as well as the Telecom industry, is a must.
