Solution Architect AI Platforms

As a Solution Architect at Codvo, a global empathy-led technology services company, you will play a crucial role in bridging complex business challenges faced by clients with the innovative capabilities of our AI platform. Your primary responsibility will be to design scalable and transformative solutions that utilize our platform's MCP-first architecture to drive significant business value. Your key responsibilities will include collaborating closely with enterprise clients to understand their business processes and strategic goals, designing end-to-end solutions by aligning client requirements with our platform's offerings, architecting core intelligence for client solutions through MCP Workflow & Ontology Design, providing technical leadership and guidance to clients and internal teams, leading Proof of Concept projects, collaborating with engineering and product teams, overseeing implementation and User Acceptance Testing, and continuously staying updated on the evolving AI landscape. To excel in this role, you should possess at least 8+ years of experience in technical roles such as Solution Architecture or Enterprise Architecture, with a minimum of 3+ years in client-facing positions. You should have proven expertise in designing complex and scalable software systems, a strong foundation in modern AI concepts, hands-on experience with data integration, proficiency in cloud platforms, a solid technical foundation in Python, containerization, and orchestration, as well as exceptional communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to diverse audiences. Preferred qualifications that would be advantageous for this role include hands-on experience with agentic AI frameworks, knowledge of semantic web technologies and graph databases, familiarity with advanced agentic architectures like the Model Context Protocol, experience with observability stacks, expertise in designing multi-tenant enterprise software platforms, and understanding of enterprise security patterns and identity management systems.
