Job Summary:
We are looking for Solution Architect who will be responsible for defining and delivering scalable, future-ready solution architectures aligned with business goals and the organization's enterprise strategy. The ideal candidate should have deep knowledge of cloud-native architectures, Microservices design patterns & API design.

Key Responsibilities:

Proficient in defining the target state architecture and high-level design for the assigned scope based on business outcomes and aligned with the bank's strategy. The target architecture and solution should cover all relevant dimensions – business, application, data and technology architecture.
Proficient in Cloud Native Architecture, Microservices design patterns, API design, Event-Driven Architecture and Database concepts. Expected to have good understanding of monolithic to microservices migration.
Ability to work with multiple stakeholders across multiple functional areas, domains and geographies, to define the strategic architecture for a given area.
Analysis of options and delivery of end-to-end solution designs using the relevant building blocks making sure the implementation delivers both the immediate business outcomes and moves us towards the longer-term enterprise architecture outcomes.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Preferrable to have knowledge and experience of Industry Architecture Frameworks: TOGAF, ArchiMate etc.
Preferrable to have knowledge and experience of global and regional regulatory frameworks (e.g., Basel III, PSD2, ISO 20022).
Experience in Banking domain preferably on Commercial Banking and good understanding of integration to Payments and Core Banking platform.

Role Requirements and Qualifications:

Overall experience of more than 15 years with more than 5 years of experience in Solution and/or Enterprise Architecture.
Current State analysis: Collaborate with business, product owners, architects and technical SMEs from different areas to understand and document the current state architecture, pain points, objectives and strategy from different stakeholders.
Solution Development: Define target state solution architecture, design end-to-end architectural views and processes for the given scope.
Roadmap options evaluation: Document different roadmap options, analysis of different options and define end-to-end roadmap for the recommended option.
Deliverable: Create High Level Solution Design (HLSD) which covers conceptual, logical and physical architecture along with NFRs, Data Model, dependencies, risk etc.
Review and sign-off of the High Level Solution Design with relevant stakeholders and in Design Authority.
