Solution Analysts - Data Science/Artificial Intelligence Engineer

As a highly skilled Data Scientist & AI Engineer, you will have the opportunity to leverage your passion for solving real-world problems using data, machine learning, and advanced AI technologies. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy predictive models, Generative AI, and Natural Language Processing (NLP) solutions that drive innovative outcomes. Your responsibilities will include building and optimizing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, fine-tuning large language models (LLMs), and exploring open-source advancements in the AI field. You will also be expected to apply traditional NLP techniques, develop and maintain APIs for AI models, and integrate AI-driven features into products through collaboration with various stakeholders. To excel in this role, you should possess strong programming skills in Python and be proficient in libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, Matplotlib, and Seaborn. Additionally, hands-on experience with SQL, model evaluation metrics, supervised & unsupervised ML models, and GenAI concepts will be essential. Exposure to traditional NLP or recommendation systems, data engineering practices, and version control tools like Git and Jupyter notebooks will be advantageous.
