Job Description

We are hiring freshers who are passionate about building a career in the solar energy sector. As a Solar Design Engineer, you will work on real-time projects and grow under the mentorship of experienced engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare solar layouts using SketchUp and AutoCAD based on technical inputs and site details
• Conduct site visits/surveys and collect required measurements (if assigned)
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure project feasibility and design accuracy
• Handle basic client queries over phone/email and provide post-design support
• Submit daily work updates to the Admin/Sales team
• Continuously learn and explore new tools & best practices in solar design

Eligibility:

• Education: Diploma/B.E. in Mechanical, Civil, or Electrical
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD or SketchUp preferred (training will be provided)
• Strong willingness to learn and commit to a minimum of 1 year (mandatory)
• Good communication skills and teamwork mindset

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
