B.Tech / BE / MCA / M.Sc. (Computer Science / IT)
Industry Certifications in Python / Java / Software Testing / Full Stack will be an added advantage.
Experience-
Fresher: Good programming knowledge and interest in teaching.
1 Year Experience: Basic experience in training or software development.
Required Skills:
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Ability to handle classroom and online training sessions.
* Passion for mentoring and guiding students.
* Good understanding of industry trends and software development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver structured, engaging training sessions as per Networkz Systems syllabus.
* Conduct demo classes and support student admissions through technical engagement.
* Evaluate and mentor students through assignments, projects, and assessments.
* Guide learners for certifications, internships, and placement readiness.
* Maintain student progress reports, attendance, and feedback records.
